Weekly Snapshot: Pillars of Creation

The image represents the three towering columns of cosmic gas and dust where new stars are born. These are celestial nurseries within the Eagle Nebula. 

The conditions have to be perfect for stars to form and thrive. 

If I were to draw the pillars of business creation, it would be a similar image. Three pillars give birth to an enterprise: product development, customer acquisition, and customer success. Without these three pillars, an enterprise is merely an idea.

Eliminate a single pillar and your enterprise tumbles. 

As an entrepreneur building out my enterprise, I have 10x focused all our efforts on three core areas. 

  1. Build a great product. It should work, deliver value, and delight users. 
  2. Find a way to acquire customers. Knock doors, email friends, beg - do anything to get your initial set of users who need what you are buying. 
  3. Provide them value. Do everything to deliver a successful outcome. What’s the point of acquiring 10 new customers if you end up losing 9 existing ones?

Repeat.

I do not believe as an early-stage founder, I need to focus on anything apart from these three core areas.

True enterprise is built after mastering these three core pillars of creation. 

Anything else is a distraction.

  1. We have a healthy pipeline of new customers at Virtuans AI - our goal is to close them asap!
  2. Completed the Voice Agent Demo for Virtuans AI’s new offering - we have a full stack conversational AI for GTM at our disposal!!

  1. Time is short. That’s a challenge and a learning.
  2. Keep focusing on what matters. Say NO to everything that does not move the needle!

🎯 Goals for Next Week

  1. Deliver successful campaign outcome for our new customer
  2. Close 4 new customers for our conversational AI offering!
  3. Release two youtube videos!
